A more compact and lightweight version of our versatile ATC-Guide, the ATC-Alpine Guide is designed for thinner ropes.
FEATURES:
- 73 grams, this featherweight belaying and rappelling device is optimized for ropes between 8.1 and 8.5 millimeters in diameter, but works with ropes from 6.9 to 9 mm.
- The oval anchor hole allows for easy rope feeding and pulling, and the device's guide mode allows you to secure one or two second climbers to an anchor.
- Multiple friction modes provide the optimal amount of stopping power when descending or abseiling.
