Delivery in 24/48 hours in the case of shipments to provincial capitals in the Peninsula and from 72 hours in the case of shipments to the Balearic Islands.

Shipping will be free on orders over 200 Euros (VAT included). As long as they do not exceed 10 Kilos in weight.
For lower orders, 12.00 Euros (VAT included) is charged for shipping costs. In case of return of the product by the customer, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

El Refugio Clients benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each of the items. Losses in the functionality of the articles, due to their design limitations, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee. Returns and exchanges
